Come make an awesome clay creation! Workshops are either Family (good for all ages) or Adult (16+) - because the adults need to have fun too!
Workshops are 2 parts:
Part 1: Book an appointment for the clay piece you would like to make, come in and be lead step-by-step. Your clay will dry, and be fired in a kiln.
Part 2: After your clay has been fired, come and glaze (paint) your piece. You do NOT book an appointment to glaze, it’s included in the price and you can drop in anytime The Clay Corner, or The ArtLab is open. Your piece will be fired one more time…
What do you go home with? A wonderful handmade clay piece that is food safe and entirely made by you!
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are 75 minutes long, you will be lead through making your clay piece from start to finish. All pieces are dried and fired in the kiln. Once they are fired they are much stronger and you can drop in anytime The Clay Corner or The ArtLab is open to glaze (paint) your clay. Your creation will be coated in a clear glaze (glass) and fired one more time. You’re left with a unique, food-safe clay piece that you created start to finish. No experience required, we love beginners!!
