Pinch Pot Animals
Ages 5-8
Our studio can accommodate 20 kids at a time. For this field trip, students will learn how to make a small pinch pot and turn it into an animal/monster by adding details. They will then get to glaze their piece.
The details:
The field trip is 90 minutes. One hour to make the piece and 30 minutes to glaze. Pieces will be ready for pickup after 2 weeks, clay must dry before firing.
$20/child, minimum 10 kids.
Mug Making
Ages 8+
Our studio can accommodate 20 kids at a time. For this field trip we will make a mug using the slab building method. The organizers can choose one style of mug for the group to complete, the students will have the opportunity be creative and add their own details. They will then glaze their piece.

The field trip is 90 minutes, one hour to make the piece and 30 minutes to glaze. Pieces will be ready for pickup after 2 weeks, clay must dry before firing.
$25/child, minimum 10 kids
Plate Making
Ages 7+
Our studio can accommodate 20 kids at a time. For this field trip we will make a small plate using the slab building method and a paper plate to help keep the form. Students will be able to choose their own design or use our examples to guide them. For example a fruit plate, or a pizza plate. They will then glaze their piece.
The details:
This field trip is 75 minutes long, 50 minute for making and 25 minutes to glaze. Pieces will be ready for pickup after 2 weeks, clay must dry before firing.
$15/child, minimum 10 kids
